Flashmen Cricket Club's selection philisophy rewards consistent performers ahead of reputation- with the intention of establishing continuity as the spine of the club. But as at any aspiring club, the future is unwritten. Ergo, we welcome recommendations for new blood in our ranks to lay claim to a Flashmen cap. All prospective players should send us an email, stating which existing member has recommended you to the club.

Without recommendation, alas we cannot take your application forward for consideration.
